ATLANTA, GEORGIA, USA – Project Management Institute (PMI®), the world’s leading membership association for the project management profession, has awarded Eurobank of Poland with the PMI Professional Development Product of the Year Award in the corporate category for its Massava employee training workshop. The award honors new professional development products that contribute to the advancement of the project management profession.
The Massava workshop, developed by Eurobank employees Marcin Zmigrodzki and Pawel Gasowski, is an interactive experience during which Eurobank employees learn that project success depends upon teamwork and effective communications. Training techniques during the workshop include simulation, interactive games, moderated discussion and lectures. In 2006, 40 employees completed the workshop and that number will more than triple by the end of 2007.
Eurobank of Poland is part of the French Société Générale Group.
The PMI Professional Development Product of the Year Award in the corporate category was presented on 6 October 2007 during the 2007 Awards Ceremony held in conjunction with the PMI Global Congress—North America in Atlanta.
