Harry Stefanou is Vice President of the Market and Business Development Group, which encompasses new product development and portfolio management, business plan development, sponsored research in project management, market research, and environmental monitoring for strategic and scenario planning .
Before coming to PMI in 2002 as the Research Manager, Harry had a 29 year career in research and development at major chemical companies. He also served as Total Quality Manager for corporate groups at Arco Chemical for several years and a lead assessor for the Pennsylvania State Quality Award.
Harry holds 5 U.S. and international patents and has written several pieces of literature on the chemical industry over the course of his career. He has also given numerous presentations at chemical industry conferences and continues to be active in speaking engagements for project management. He has presented at project management society conferences, chapter symposia and chapter meetings, as well as corporate groups and business associations.
When Harry is not at the office, he enjoys “trying” to play golf and rare but relaxing vacations on the beach.
