Mr. Padgham has contributed much to PMI since joining in 1975. He served as Finance Chairman of the 1979 PMI Symposium, President of the PMI Midwest Chapter from 1982 to 1983, member of the PMI Project #121, Knowledge Base Standards Workshop in Denver, Colorado, USA, in 1985, and was also project manager of the PMI 1987 Seminars & Symposium. Mr. Padgham was selected as a member of PMI's People-to-People delegation to China in 1983, where he participated in a number of technical information interchange sessions with the Chinese hosts.
