For more than 20 years, Mr. Crawford has been responsible for the development and implementation of project management initiatives for top companies, including FedEx, General Motors and The New York Times Company. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Project Management Solutions, Inc. Mr. Crawford served as President and Chairman of PMI, where he implemented innovative programs that resulted in an astounding 40 percent membership growth. Mr. Crawford is the author of The Strategic Project Office; A Guide to Improving Organizational Performance, recognized by the Institute with the PMI David I. Cleland Project Management Literature Award. He also authored the Project Management Maturity Model: Providing a Proven Path to Project Management Excellence.
