The PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct describes the expectations and behaviors that apply to all PMI members, nonmembers who hold or who are seeking a PMI credential, or nonmembers who serve PMI in a volunteer capacity. The PMI Ethics Review Committee investigates and resolves ethics complaints. Individuals seeking to file a complaint must complete the Complaint Template that appears below. The completed ethics complaint must be printed out, signed and mailed with any supporting documents to the address below
