Host City Sponsorship

Be the Host Sponsor of a respective SeminarsWorld as it comes to your home city. Establish your brand in the forefront of this influential audience

Sponsor Benefits:

▪          Sponsorship of Lunch Breaks.

▪          Sponsor’s logo on tent cards at food and beverage stations, along with eating tables throughout ballroom.

▪          Placement of sponsor’s logo, website and brand promise (supplied by sponsor) on SeminarsWorld webpage for respective city.

▪          Sponsor has option to have a promotional item distributed to attendees the mornings of Monday and Wednesday (item to be supplied by sponsor).

▪          Opportunity to network with attendees at sponsored city via a display table.

▪          Opportunity to distribute a promotional item to attendees of respective city. Item to be supplied by sponsor and approved by PMI - sample items include notepads and pen drives (memory sticks).

▪          Special recognition signage onsite in respective city.

▪          Single use of the post-meeting attendee mail list for city which is sponsored. List contains postal mailing addresses only. Sponsor’s mail piece must be specifically related to your participation at the respective SeminarsWorld location and must be approved by PMI. Mailing must be executed within three months of the end of the sponsored event.

▪          Sponsor recognition on site at SeminarsWorld locations.

▪          BONUS: Recognition in the January 2011 PMI Salute to Our Sponsors.

▪          BONUS: Recognition on the PMI Supplier Alliance website with a direct link to sponsor’s website.

Pens Sponsorship
