Lawrence Butler, MA, principal of Butler Associates, has extensive experience as a senior consultant to organizations and a manager of large-scale projects. He is the former senior human resources officer for PeopleSoft (now Oracle) and for The Bank of California (now Union Bank of California). Mr. Butler has experience in technology and financial services, and managing projects within those environments. As a project management consultant, he played a key role in the integration of General Dynamics Space and Missile Systems Division into Hughes (now Raytheon) Space and Missile Systems Division. He has been a SeminarsWorld® 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 instructor, as well as an instructor for Global Congress-North America in 2003, 2004, and 2005. He is an active and energetic trainer, presenting real-world business solutions to the people skills area of project management. Mr. Butler is a graduate of Harvard’s Advanced Management Program and is also a licensed clinician as well as an executive coach.
