Bill Craddock, PhD, PE, PMP is an international trainer and management consultant with experience in project change management, systems implementations, training development and delivery, strategic planning, process improvement, and customer care operations.

Prior to working with Project Auditors LLC, Bill held progressive management and senior leadership positions with a major investor-owned utility.  His assignments included customer care operations, business and strategic planning, systems implementations, performance metrics, benchmarking, and process improvement.  He has also worked for the U.S. Army in both engineering and operations research assignments. He has served previously in adjunct appointments for the Florida Institute of Technology, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and Arkansas Tech University.
