This 3-day seminar is based on the PgMP® Credential Handbook knowledge requirements. It is a good overview for PgMP® candidates. The seminar is based on recognized standards, including the PMI®’s Standard for Program Management and the UK Government’s “Managing Successful Programmes”, as well as the instructor’s worldwide practice and research.
OPM3®, the PMBOK Guide® 3rd ed. and other publications advertise programs and portfolios as essential domains within organizational management that contribute to the achievement of a strategic plan, but project, program and portfolio managers still find themselves at a loss on how to achieve this.
