Description:

In today’s complex business environment, project success depends upon a combination of the science and art of project management. In this 2-day seminar, project managers learn how to inject Project TLC for healthy projects. Project TLC focuses on three primary components: Teambuilding, Leadership, and Communications.

Teambuilding: Focusing on simple techniques to enhance team behavior and group dynamics, you will learn easy-to-adopt practices to improve team members’ awareness and accountability resulting in improved decisions, efficiency and business results.

Leadership: Participants will learn how to LEAD, using four simple strategies: Listen, Encourage, Act and Delegate. This portion of the program encourages networking and collaboration, and finds ways to strengthen leadership attributes among participants.

Communication: Project success goes beyond hitting deadlines and budgets. Who, How and What you communicate while managing projects is likely to define your ability to get it done. Learn how to improve communications across your stakeholders for continued project success.
