Description:

Project managers communicate at least 90 percent of the time by defining the scope, creating reports, acquiring resources, updating stakeholders and leading teams. This interactive workshop delves into how to communicate and what to communicate to various behavior styles at different levels both internally and externally.

Effective communication deals with how to communicate information based on the behavior style of the receiver.  Through individual and group exercises, four behavior communication styles are examined to determine which communication style to use for each behavioral group.

Three hundred sixty degrees means communicating information to different levels in an organization using appropriate formats for each stakeholder within the project.  What to deliver and what not to deliver for each level is explored.  Understanding what and how to communicate to all the stakeholders leads to successful communication practices.
