This intensive project management course addresses all the necessary skills for planning and managing projects of all types and sizes. Essential Skills for Managing Projects is an excellent way for experienced project managers to augment their existing skills. Learners practice interactive project management techniques during the exercises on one of three case studies in an online team environment. This course uses tools and techniques from Total Quality Management and Six Sigma, which help to increase team effectiveness and participation in all phases of the project management process.
