Once an organization becomes enrolled in the R.E.P. program, it receives access to online resources that help R.E.P.s stay current in the program, promote themselves and explore new business opportunities.
R.E.P. Community Site
The R.E.P. Community Site conveniently houses reference materials and forms such as the
R.E.P. Program Application Form.
R.E.P.s should visit the site often to receive updated information on breaking news in the profession, PMI-sponsored events and newly posted requests for proposals.
To login, enter your organization’s PMI ID number and password, which you received at acceptance to the program. If you are unsure of the ID number and password, please e-mail us.
R.E.P. Marketing Portal
The R.E.P. Marketing Portal enables you to download files for PMI marketing materials. These materials will help you explain the meaning of the PMI R.E.P. designation to your customers, promote project management and provide information on PMI products and services to organizations and practitioners.
In addition to that, the portal contains information that will help you establish relationships with local academic institutions that may or may not teach project management and, as a result, gain new business by licensing your PM curricula and providing your instructors for their courses. The portal also features quick links to frequently used R.E.P. documents, latest issues of the R.E.P. Update newsletter and much more.
R.E.P. Administrative Updates Site
Access the R.E.P. Administrative Updates Site to update information regarding your organization’s enrollment in the program. On this site, organizations can:
- • Create and register a new R.E.P. course
- • Make changes to your “Organization Profile,” which is what users see when they search the R.E.P. Provider Directory
- • View a transcript of all of your organization’s registered courses, post a course advertisement and retire a course
To access this site, enter your organization’s four-digit R.E.P. number and password. If you do not have this, please e-mail us.
Note: The PMI ID number and password for an R.E.P. are different from the PMI member ID numbers of any individual in the organization.
