Save money on application fees and consolidate paperwork through the PMI Group Billing Plan, a group-invoice program for employees of the same organization.
In order to participate, at least 15 employees must join and each participant must also join at least one PMI chapter and one PMI Community.
How Do We Apply?
Designate your organization's main contact. This person will receive the group renewal invoices and will serve as a liaison between the organization and PMI.
Complete the Group Billing Application
Complete the individual applications for each new member (applications are not required for renewing members) and include the applicable payment. The $10.00 (US) individual application fee is waived on the Group Billing Plan.
Upon receipt, PMI will process the applications and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to each member along with membership materials via postal mail.
Does Your Company Already Have a Group Billing Plan?
Once the plan is initiated, members can be added or removed at any time. The organization contact will receive a Group Billing Plan Additional Members Form. This form should be completed and attached to each group of submitted applications or renewals. Payment must accompany this information.
Once a member is processed, that individual's membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is the case even if the member does not remain employed at the organization for the full duration of the membership.
Membership Renewal Through the Group Billing Plan
Approximately four months prior to expiration of one or more memberships, a Group Billing renewal invoice will be sent to the organization contact.
The organization contact determines whether the organization will pay for the renewals through the Group Billing Plan or whether employees should renew individually.
Each individual member also will receive up to three individual renewal notices.
If you have questions about this plan, e-mail or phone PMI's Customer Care.
Note: Membership through the Group Billing Plan cannot be processed online at this time.
