Topic: The Relationship Between Project Manager Perceived Capability, Organizational Culture and Actual Project Outcomes
A PhD student at Capella University is investigating the relationship between organizational culture and project manager performance and project outcomes. The researcher seeks to examine the factors that enhance or detract from a project manager’s performance throughout the project lifecycle and develop a framework for predicting project outcomes in an organization. This survey will close June 12, 2009. To participate, you must work in a US-based company and meet ALL of these criteria:
• PMP Certified
• Actively working as a project manager, directly managing projects
• Have at least 5-years of project management experience
• Have closed-out a project of at least 6 months duration within the past year
