The goal of the Project Management for NGOs (PM4NGOs) Initiative is to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of international NGOs by sharing/developing/improving templates, tools and capacity building resources for project management.

By working together and collaborating with private sector companies, professional organizations and universities, we can improve NGOs' project management capacity, while:

• Reducing duplication of effort,
• Increasing return on investment, and
• Enhancing the appropriateness, quality and design of project management capacity building resources.

The PM4NGOs Group has completed their first onsite Project Management Training Pilot and is currently in the process of completing the online Pilot.
