Calendar of Events Posting Policy
The PMI.org calendar of events presents opportunities for project professionals from around the world to network, learn and develop. Events can be face-to-face or virtual. Event organizers and sponsors include PMI, its regional and topic-based organizations (chapters, virtual communities, etc.), PMI Registered Education Providers (R.E.P.s), and any project management-related organization.

To make the calendar a streamlined tool in the growing world of project management, events submitted from groups and organizations not affiliated with PMI must represent a conference or seminar with multiple tracks.

To submit an event, please send an email to pmi-calendar@pmi.org. Include the title of the event, name(s) of the sponsor(s) or event organizer(s), date(s), location, description, and web address or e-mail address for calendar users to obtain more information. Also include event starting and finishing time if the event is a one-day event. If the event is virtual, note the starting and finishing times and the time zone and its relationship to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

PMI reserves the right to edit descriptions and to accept or reject posting proposals. Events that might be rejected include those of interest to only a small geographic area, such as a regular chapter meeting or a single local education provider course, and events not related to project, program or portfolio management.
