Mid-afternoon Sunday, 31 January, the PMI Global Operations Center in Newtown Square, PA (USA) experienced a pipe burst leading to flooding and water damage. Damage assessment and recovery plans are underway but to properly mitigate potential risks, PMI has decided to close Global Operations Center on Monday 1 February, 2010, including Customer Care.

We expect to resume normal operations Tuesday 2 February.
