Fees include tuition, seminar materials, certificate of completion, continental breakfast and lunch. All fees are listed in United States Dollars and must be paid in U.S. currency.

Early Registration Deadlines
Early registration rates are available exclusively to PMI Members when registration is postmarked, faxed or received online with credit card number no later than the following dates:

SeminarsWorld Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Full refunds, less US$50.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted to cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before the first day of the seminar. Cancellations received less than two weeks before and 48 hours prior to the first day of the seminar are subject to a US$50.00 service charge for each seminar day cancelled, plus a US$50.00 processing fee. Refunds/cancellations will not be given if cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the first day of your registered seminar. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
If you register by invoice, you must pay all balances due 30 days prior to the first day of the seminar. If payment is not received, your registration will be cancelled and your seat in the seminar forfeited.
Seminar Changes: There will be a US$50.00 transfer fee if seminar transfers are received up to two weeks prior to your original registered seminar. After two weeks, a US$50.00 transfer fee plus a US$50.00 per seminar day fee will apply. No transfers will be accepted after the first day of your original registered seminar.
If PMI cancels a seminar for any reason, they assume no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel costs. PMI will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancellation. PMI reserves the right to cancel any seminar that has insufficient enrollment.
Any organization registering a group of at least 3 individuals to a specific SeminarsWorld® location is eligible to send an additional registrant to a seminar at that location at no cost.
The maximum number that any organization can receive is three complimentary registrations (one for every 3 registrants up to 9). This offer does not include travel or hotel expenses. All registration forms must be submitted together via fax or postal mail to PMI Registration. No online registrations will be accepted for group discounts.
Discounts are available for paid-in-full registrations only, and cannot be combined with any other discount(s). Complimentary registration must be requested at the time of enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively. Complimentary registration will be on the lowest priced seminar.
"Letter of Invitation" for Visa Applications
To request a letter of invitation, attendees must be registered and paid in full.
Once attendee is registered, attendees must submit the following information with their request for a letter of invitation.
- Full name of person registered (Last name as it appears on passport/first and middle names in full)
- Conference title, dates and location
- Passport number
- Passport expiry date
- Full Personal address, phone, fax, email
- Full address of the Embassy, High Commission or Consular Office to which the letter must be addressed
- Purpose of attending this PMI event, including whether you/they are either a committee member, speaker or presenter
- Any other unique information required by the embassy (for example, total costs of event, name of in-country sponsor, etc.)
- Email address where the requestor would like this letter sent
Following receipt of the request for letter of invitation, and the associated information, PMI will issue the letter of invitation. Please allow approximately 5 business days for your letter to be completed. If you have questions about letters of invitation you may contact, SeminarsWorld@pmi.org
Notice: Photographer/Videographer on Premises
A professional photographer and/or videographer may be on site to document PMI SeminarsWorld 2012 events. Photographs and videotapes are the sole property of PMI. By registering for and attending these events, attendees understand that PMI may use the likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer and/or videographer on site.
Project Management Institute has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, Virginia 22102 USA; +1 703 506 3275. In obtaining this approval, Project Management Institute has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard which is widely recognized as a standard of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, Project Management Institute is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard.
Awarding of CEUs: At the conclusion of the training event, your trainer will note whether or not you have successfully completed the course and earned CEUs. If successful, you will be given a certificate awarding you the appropriate number of continuing education units. A copy of your training record and CEUs can be issued by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the completion of the training.
At the conclusion of the training, if you are not entitled to receive CEUs, you will be told reasoning why and you will be given specific suggestions for correcting that situation.
Right to Privacy: You have a right to privacy with regard to your progress in meeting the CEU requirements. Your trainer will not reveal to any third party any information regarding your CEU application or its resolution. Your record will be secured and will be accessible only to the administrative staff of PMI. Record Retention and Release: A separate permanent record (your name, address, telephone, password, the beginning and ending dates of your program, the name and contact information of your trainer, and the number of CEUs earned) will be generated upon receipt by PMI. It will be retained seven calendar years, not including the year in which the CEUs were earned. Upon receipt of a signed request containing your name, address, as well as the program dates and your trainer’s name, PMI will, within 14 days, furnish to you a copy of your record.
