Research is an integral part of the growth of project management. The basis of new tools, techniques, processes, best practices and shared knowledge is ongoing research. The PMI® Research Department instituted the Survey Links program in 2003 to give researchers working on project management topics an opportunity to reach out to a large pool of qualified participants, draw conclusions and further their work. Survey findings ultimately contribute to the development of the profession.
This service to the project management profession provides access to current research surveys as well as results of past surveys from the PMI Survey Links program, so that you can learn from gathered data.
Participation in the surveys on PMI.org is strictly voluntary, and you may choose to participate in the surveys that pertain to your interests and qualifications. Surveys that are made available via PMI Survey Links are approved by PMI and are completely noncommercial.
How the PMI Survey Program Helps You:
- • The Researcher: PMI provides researchers with a venue for surveying individuals in a voluntary format and provides them with access to a wide pool of potential respondents.
- • The Participant: Allows participants to voice opinions, contribute to the profession and gain access to survey results.
- • The Visitor: Includes a survey results (link) page, so visitors can learn from and read the results of surveys.
