• 13 percent work in financial services/insurance/real estate
• 11 percent work in consulting or business services
• 10 percent work in telecommunications or utilities
• 9 percent work in government/public administration or aerospace/defense
• 7 percent work in engineering or construction
• 7 percent work in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
Job titles range from project manager or director to portfolio manager, vice president, CEO or CIO. Nearly half (45 percent) have done some kind of post-graduate study, and 10 percent report 20 or more years of project management experience.
