Project managers, PMI credential holders and candidates for PMI credentials are regular attendees of PMI SeminarsWorld — coming to the island of Malta on 22–23 May.

• Project-Based Organisations: Integrating Projects, Programmes, Portfolios and PMOs to Realise Value, led by Michel Thiry, CVS, TVM, PMP

• Building a Next-Generation Program Management Office and Portfolio Management, led by Jack Duggal, MBA, PMP. Mr. Duggal is a recent contributor to the Post.

• Effective Requirements Management, led by Victoria Kumar, PMP

• Developing and Controlling the Integrated Project Plan, led by Scott B. Gill, MBA, PMP

• Successful Project Leadership through Communication, led by Claire Sookman
