White Papers for Members in the Virtual Library

Knowledge Resource is a PMI Member Benefit

The PMI Virtual Library White Papers page is a growing online resource for project management knowledge. Articles on a variety of subjects are available for PMI members.

As of today, 35 articles are available in 23 topics. The vast majority of this content is available only to PMI members.

These new articles have been added in recent weeks:

• “Keep the Customer Happy,” by Anuj Setya, under the topic Customer Requirements.
• “Trouble is a Claim “Door Bell”: Ding-Dong, Where’s Your Notice?” by Rob Kelly, Jr., PMP, under the topic Construction Projects.
• “Shared Understanding Management,” by Ömer Ertekin, under the topic Stakeholder Management.

Information is available if you are interested in sharing yourr knowledge by writing an article for the PMI Virtual Library. Accepted authors can earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward maintaining their PMI professional credentials.
