Call for PMI Annual Membership Meeting Agenda Items

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held Saturday, 20 October 2012 at the Vancouver Convention Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada at 5:15 pm. PMI Chair Peter Monkhouse, PMP will preside.

New Business:

New business for the Annual Membership Meeting may be submitted as stipulated in the PMI Bylaws, Article V, which requires, “Upon ninety (90) day notice and a petition signed by five percent (5%) or more of the voting membership to the Secretary-Treasurer, a question and resolution shall be submitted to the quorum of voting members present at the Annual Membership Meeting.” To view the PMI Bylaws, visit http://www.pmi.org/en/About-Us/Governance.aspx. Annual Meeting Minutes and Agenda:

The 2011 Annual Membership Meeting Minutes and the 2012 Annual Membership Meeting Agenda are posted to the right. In accordance with PMI Bylaws Article V, no business, other than specified on the final agenda, shall be transacted at the meeting.
