With OPM3 Professional Certification, you can maximize the value of your organization's project management maturity assessment through knowledge, competence and objectivity. OPM3 certification is the only way to build your knowledge and skills on the robust OPM3 methodology and the respective PMI assessment and improvement tools.
To get started, first download and submit an application. Once we receive it, we will contact you by e-mail with directions on how to complete your payment through the PMI Marketplace.
You will also be required to complete the OPM3 Professional Certification Course, which focuses not only on the methodology and tools, but also on the pre- and post-assessment and improvement processes, all while providing hands-on experience.
