Careers in Project Management
The Careers in Project Management program provides high school students and career guidance counselors with information that succinctly explains project management and outlines related career options.
Careers in Project Management provides valuable information on the profession and serves to facilitate dialog with students as they explore career options and plan for higher education. Materials include four key elements:
- a slide presentation for use with school administrators and student groups,
- a career informational booklet for student use, and
- a brief e-course on project management fundamentals.
The materials are available in (American) English, Portuguese, and Spanish. For a nominal fee, these materials may also be provided on CD-ROM or in print.
In addition to the Careers in Project Management program, students interested in pursuing higher education in the field of project management are encouraged to learn about PMI Educational Foundation’s awards and scholarships programs.
