I am relatively new to formal project management, and I get confused over a few of the project management terms. Am I the only one?
- Project managers must be certified so that they know all terms in the industry, regardless of when they were trained.
- There are several terms that are confusing to many project managers and they may be used
incorrectly within your organization. Learn the correct meanings.
- Ask five other project managers for a definition of any term you do not understand and merge the answers for your own use.
- Project management terms may be used interchangeably, as long as the person you are speaking to at the moment understands.
