James J. O'Brien

Mr. O'Brien was PMI's National Secretary in 1971, Vice President in 1972, President in 1973 and Chairman from 1974 to 1975. A member of PMI's first certification group, Mr. O'Brien has participated in multiple PMI Seminars and Symposia. He received PMI's Distinguished Contribution Award in 1983. For the past two years, Mr. O'Brien has been the project executive for the Camden County (New Jersey USA) Municipal Utility Authority Regional Waste Pollution Treatment Systems, a program which received the Project Team of the Year Award in 1988 from the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter.
