Walter Ginevri has a passion for helping organizations be more efficient through the adoption of a multi-disciplinary approach to project, program, and portfolio management. He also has a passion for helping young and senior professionals be more effective through a constant “learning, unlearning, and re-learning” process. PMI has been his professional family since 2001. From 2006 to 2015, he served on the Board of the Northern Italy Chapter and, for three years, he conducted a research program focused on the complexity theory applied to projects. As Liaison of the PMI Educational Foundation, he has a passion for building bridges between project management and education. In 2006, he developed a set of best practices and visual tools aimed at applying “project-based learning” in the primary school. His agile method has been translated in fourteen languages.
