King Faisal Specialist Hospital Mega Project- AL Madinah

Located in the Al-Madinah region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King Faisal Specialist Hospital is a 300-bed hospital, seven floor architectural masterpiece covering an area of 198,500 sq km that can serve 50,000 patients a year and provides specialized and affordable medical care in areas like Oncology, Ophthalmology and Obstetric services.

The hospital offers patients access to state-of-the-art medical equipment including the first robot pharmaceutical facility and first Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scans in the Madinah region. King Faisal Specialist Hospital’s location in the Al-Madinah region allows patients state-of-the-art medical care locally, saving them from what had meant traveling great distances to the cities of Jeddah and Riyadh for care.  

Despite COVID-related challenges, the 4-year project was delivered on time, on budget and within scope keeping in mind the risk-related challenges. Additionally, this project contributes to the Organization’s strategic goal of expanding services throughout the Kingdom and furthers KFSH&RC’s reputation as a leading national medical institution delivering the highest standards of medical care to patients.
