Board Report Committees

Board Report Committees are committees comprised of individuals who support the work of the PMI Board of Directors in specific areas and are held accountable as defined in individual charters, which must be approved by the Board.

PMI Board Volunteer Advisory Committee (BVAC)

The PMI Board Volunteer Advisory Committee (BVAC) works to evaluate and recommend candidates for Board approval to serve on Board Report Committees and Task Teams as needed.

PMI Ethics Review Committee (ERC)

The PMI Ethics Review Committee (ERC) investigates and resolves ethics complaints related to violations of the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct that have been filed against PMI members, holders of and applicants for PMI certifications, or PMI volunteers.

PMI Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC)

The PMI Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC) is PMI’s sole policy-making body in all decisions related to accreditation of academic degree programs in project, program, and portfolio management in accordance with industry standards.

PMI Nominating Committee (NomCom)

The PMI Nominating Committee (NomCom) oversees and supervises the nominating process for directors of the Institute and ensures appropriate procedures are in place for the selection and presentation of qualified candidates to the membership.
