As PMI’s Vice President of Global Operations, Beth leads PMI’s support of our global community with a focus on operating efficiency and development of the global PMI enterprise infrastructure.
Beth’s background is comprised of senior leadership roles in business transformation, enterprise program management and information technology. She has over 25 years of experience in leading global teams to improve revenue, profitability and productivity within the finance and service industries.
Most recently, Beth served as the Vice President, Information Technology & Business Transformation at Conduent — a spin-off of Xerox Corporation — where she led company-wide transformation programs improving customer experience, information security and technology optimization. Prior to Conduent and Xerox, she served in senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, Iron Mountain, IBM and GE.
Beth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University (US). She is a graduate of GE’s Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) and Financial Management Program (FMP), as well as a certified GE Six Sigma Quality Leader. She is based at PMI’s Global Headquarters in Pennsylvania (US).
