As PMI's Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, Mark is responsible for building and operating PMI's data-driven digital operating model and software platform. The platform vision is to deliver personalized customer experiences that support professional career journeys while also enabling PMI to gain deep insights through machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other advanced analytics technologies.
Before PMI, Mark held several leadership roles, providing him with a wealth of experience in guiding organizations to adapt and thrive in a world of accelerating change and technology disruption by creating and implementing contemporary business, technology, and data analytics strategies. Mark has held leadership roles at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Gartner, Cigna, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Bank.
Additionally, Mark provides expert advisory and coaching support to startup companies in the digital and analytics technology space. This volunteer work provides an opportunity to maintain an entrepreneurial mindset and guide the future generation of business leaders.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Planning and Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.
