Lissa Muncer, MSc, PfMP, PMP, is the Chair of the Strategy Oversight Committee for the Board of Directors of Project Management Institute. She has served on the Board of Directors of Project Management Institute since 2024. She is a long-time PMI volunteer, has been a chapter leader, and has served on the Technology Advisory Group and the PMI Ethics Insight Team.

A global technology and business delivery leader with extensive experience leading complex enterprise strategies, Muncer currently works for Avanade. For more than two decades, she has delivered global, mission-critical portfolios for large organizations, including Vodafone, Unilever, and Natura & Co.

She is a business coach and strategist. She has spoken at conferences around the world and is a panelist and keynote speaker on successful strategic transformations.

Muncer holds a master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
