Jim Conley

Vice President, Enterprise Products

Jim has recently supported PMI as a Learning Consultant, providing strategic guidance and advice to align the product team to best deliver on PMI:Next. In this new role, Jim will help drive the evolution and transformation of our diverse enterprise product portfolio, with a major focus on B2B offerings. He will be tasked with championing the development of cutting-edge offerings that empower our customer organizations to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing landscape, including integrating our Gen AI Infinity offering, learning courses, standards, publications, certifications, digital community, and thought leadership initiatives into a unified ecosystem.

Jim first encountered PMI while working at Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP), where Jim met CTP project managers who he described as the heroes of every story. As a pioneer in the creator economy (think YouTube Creator Academy) and a builder of professional education platforms (like Twitter Flight School), Jim has transformed customer education into a revenue driver and a lead generator for business growth. He created an online education, credentials, and learning platform for Twitter's advertising clients, global agencies, and partners. Jim has over 15 years of experience creating and managing scalable learning platforms for global media and technology companies. Jim studied at Georgetown and Harvard and now resides in NYC.

Jim is an avid ceramicist and traveler and has honed his comedy skills on the New York improv scene, where the motto is "Yes, and…" — a spirit he looks forward to bringing to PMI as we build amazing things together.
