Sarina Arcari, PMP, has served on the Board of Directors of Project Management Institute since 2022 and has volunteered with PMI for more than 15 years.

Arcari is the founder and CEO of Arcari Solutions, LLC., a woman-owned, bespoke project management consultancy specializing in PMO design and implementation. Prior to her current role, Arcari held various leadership positions in project management, program management, and transformation, across multiple industries and geographies.

She is a regular speaker at events and conferences around the world, and was recently featured in Forbes for the innovative, citizen developed PMO solutions she employed. She has also received several awards for project management and PMO excellence, including the 2014 PMI PMO of the Year Award and the 2015 PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF) Kerzner Award for Excellence in Project Management. She was a shortlisted finalist for the 2018 Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Portfolio Management in Dubai, UAE.

Arcari holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business, USA, and a master’s degree in Project & Program Management from Brandeis University, USA. She is a graduate of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class of 2015.
