Tom Bloemers, CMA, CSCA. SIP, BTM2, PMP, is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Board of Directors of Project Management Institute. He has served on the PMI Board since 2023.

Bloemers is the founder of TransformationPartnering.Com, an executive coaching, consulting, and training firm focused on increasing the success rate of organizations in enhancing their transformational mindset to realize their strategic goals. In prior roles, Bloemers held senior transformation roles with KLM and Philips, and he was a consultant with Deloitte in London and Amsterdam working on large corporate assignments. He began his career as a civil servant with the United Nations and the World Trade Organization in Geneva and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development in Mauritius to stimulate international trade and development for small island states.

He is a regular speaker at conferences around the world, where he shares his passion for how organizations and individuals can successfully realize strategic and transformational change.

Bloemers holds a master's degree in Economics from Maastricht University, The Netherlands. He qualified as a Chartered Director from the Institute of Directors. He is a Certified Management Accountant and is certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis from the Institute of Management Accountants. He is also a Strategy Implementation Professional from the Strategy Implementation Institute.
