Experienced in managing distributed teams around the globe. Project Manager Professional (PMP) since 2011, first certified Program Manager Professional (PgMP) in Belarus since 2017. Experienced in projects and products creation from initiation till release to market. Author of seminars, workshops and various training materials for project and program management and introduction to the profession.

Aliaksei Minkevich

- Director of Engineering, Site Lead, Lyft

Aliaksei started his career in 2000 at IBA as engineer and completed the usual path from junior developer to the team lead. Aliaksei was excited about project management and in 2008 he became the second PMP in Belarus. Aliaksei was leading a set of projects for the Banking industry and Telecom. After completion of the MBA program, in 2015 Aliaksei joined startup Juno and successfully built the R&D in Minsk from zero. In November 2019 R&D was acquired by Lyft.

In 2015 Aliaksei founded the School of Management. Together with Sergej Derzap they trained more than 500 project managers in Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. Aliaksei has a strong opinion that team and people are the key to success for every project. Therefore the processes should be convenient for the team and company culture should inspire people to learn and grow.

Igor Neroslavsky

The first projects in the 90s in which Igor participated were in the field of radar systems and automated control. In the late 90s and early 2000s, heading the staff of the department of the university, he managed and successfully completed a number of applied IT projects.

In 2003 participated in creation of Institute of IT & Business Administration (former IBA Training center) together with V.K.Dyubkov, Rector of the Institute. Until 2016, he was the first Vice-Chancellor of this institute, after which he completely switched to teaching work, whose total experience is more than 25 years.

He has been conducting various project management courses since 2012. Developed a line of courses on the program R.E.P., developed and implemented the Institute's QMS according to the ISO 9001 standard, certified in 2014. He has published in foreign (Russian and American) thematic magazines on various aspects of project management.

Igor believes that the capabilities of the tools and techniques of project management are far from exhausted and in the near future we are waiting for progressive innovations in this area.

Derzap Sergej

Sergej started his career in 2006 as Lotus Notes developer at IBA-Gomel. Very quickly Sergej took up several projects for the internal needs of the company as a project manager and for a long time combined roles of a project manager and a developer. After PMI PMP certification, Sergej completely switched to managerial activities: he managed projects for IBA customers and headed the Lotus Notes Technology Department.

Sergej joined Juno in 2016 with the aim to build a technical support department. Agile and ITIL certifications helped to achieve it. EMBA education was the next step in Sergej's self development plan. This knowledge became an essential once Sergej was promoted to the role of operations manager at Juno. Since the fall of 2019, Sergej has been leading Amasty as a CEO.

He believes systems thinking is a core approach for any challenge resolution. Sergej calls people management and processes optimization his favorite fields of knowledge.
