Our fourth Professional Development Event for 2019, Developing Myself, was held on Wednesday 23 October, at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM). This very interesting event showed participants how to understand their personal strengths and attributes and overcome everyday challenges, with a view to become a successful leader.
The presentation was delivered by Mr Dinos Demetriou, a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer, who explained and demonstrated in an interactive fashion how our behaviour impacts our actions and results. He went on to demonstrate how to learn and apply the cycle of self-development and recognize the importance of our attitude in our success. That is what will open the door to help us set our goals for personal and professional development.
We would like to thank Mr Demetriou for spending some of her valuable time for our Chapter, as well as those of our Chapter Members who attended. The certified Project Managers (PMPs®) will get 2 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for attending.
In addition, we would like to express our appreciation to the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) for their hospitality.
