Professional Development NLP for Project Managers

02 June 2019

Our third Professional Development Event for 2019, NLP for Project Managers: Making things happen with Neuro-Linguistic Programming, was held on Thursday 30 May, at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM). Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of tools and techniques that will help you shine when pressure is on and will be your most ardent supporter in helping you find the tune to combine great ideas and the ability to communicate those ideas.

The presentation was delivered by Mrs Eleni Yiangou, who illustrated the application of NLP to develop competencies which will better equip project managers to communicate across cultures, reframe problems, manage stakeholder groups, resolve conflicts, motivate teams and become even better leaders.

We would like to thank Mrs Yiangou for spending some of her valuable time for our Chapter, as well as those of our Chapter Members who attended. The certified Project Managers (PMPs®) will get 2 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for attending.

In addition, we would like to express our appreciation to the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) for their hospitality.

Also, we would like to thank our Sponsors for 2009 (CIIM, KPMG, cdbbank, PrimeTel, Odyssey, Goldman and Qobo) for supporting our mission.

Having as a priority the professional growth of our members, the PMI Cyprus Chapter will continue offering activities that promote personal and professional development.
