The PMI Cyprus Chapter organized and delivered its 3nd Project Management Conference, on Friday 15 November 2019, at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Conference was a great success with 300 delegates, representing a wide range of industries, governmental institutions and academia.
The conference addressed a variety of topics that concern any organisation that desires to achieve its strategic goals:
- Mega Projects
- Leadership
- Sustainability
- Ethics
- Risk Management
The conference hosted distinguished speakers from Cyprus and abroad, who, through their presentations and the exchange of views and discussions, briefed the participants on the latest trends and developments experienced by modern companies in the field of Project Management.
Participants also took part and obtained skills from a hands-on experience workshop. Through this playful workshop, which was created by LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, participants were introduced to an innovative way of dealing with problems in complex adaptive systems, such as projects.
