ShareJoy’s mission is to empower you to cultivate a grateful perspective and recognize opportunities for joy in all circumstances. This is achieved through our provision of thoughtfully-created or carefully-curated tools and gifts that support - among other characteristics - kindness, peace, and joy. All of our unique and meaningful gifts that inspire and spread joy are made with you, our best customer, in mind. We want to serve you in a way that is personal and useful. (We also love to see you smile!) ShareJoy products are sourced and created, as much as reasonably possible, from other local small businesses (Rochester MN and throughout the midwest United States). It is our joy to support other small business owners through collaboration and sustainable practices. Importantly, each year, proceeds from every purchase are given to a charitable organization. Join us and share joy with the community!

About the Speakers:

Nicole Guerton serves individuals, families, and communities as a curious, compassionate, and perceptive collaborator. Nicole owns Dynamic Wellness, LLC, under which ShareJoy operates to promote and fundraise for local nonprofits. Additionally, she works full time at Mayo Clinic in the trauma center.

As a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Master Certified Health Educator, and a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, Coach Nicole believes that the three pillars from which all health and wellness heals, grows, and thrives include fuel, activity, and rest & recovery. Through trials and triumphs, Nicole has learned that she is an encourager, connector, coordinator, developer, and a perpetual student!

David Ruff is a Conservation Program Manager with The Nature Conservancy working primarily in the Driftless Area of Southeast Minnesota.  David will share about a recently completed land acquisition project, how they responded to complications, the organization and cultural characteristics of TNC that made it possible, and captured learning from the whole experience for the team.

Ryan Benning, Senior Mechanical Engineer has been performing project management and engineering work at Salas O’Brien for the past 2 years. He has 20 years of project management and engineering experience in the areas of off-road agricultural equipment, food processing equipment and facilities, and mechanical healthcare/commercial/industrial/college building systems.
