PMI Lebanon Chapter is pleased to invite the good-standing members to assist the chapter in the below volunteer positions that are currently open.
Administrator of Registration of Attendance
Prior to the monthly talk, the volunteer is responsible of getting registrations responses, convert it to a special format, and update the registration with PMILC members.
During the monthly talk: The volunteer is responsible of registering attendees, adding unregistered ones, making sure of their status in PMILC and collecting money from non members. At the end of the monthly talk, the volunteer needs to give collected money to the treasurer or the president.
After the monthly talk: The volunteer is responsible of updating the attendance sheet and sharing it with the board and reporting Batch PDUs on CCRs, after being granted the required privileges.
Social Media Officer
Assist in posting news on social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
Assist in reshaping the chapter Website.
Assist in posting Monthly Talks on the website and social media.
Assist in attracting new members and fans for social media presence.
Assist in creating groups as part of PMI Lebanon chapter FACEBOOK page.
Act as an ambassador in promoting PMI LC in all social media.
The required candidate should have the basic knowledge in social media administration.
Help in following up on the marketing plan.
Assist in making sure the plan is up-to-date.
Suggest new marketing campaign ideas as part of marketing plan.
Collaborate with the marketing campaign and awareness sessions.
Perform administrative role in each marketing event.
