Topic: Impact of sleep on your performance during changes

How is your sleep these days? The pandemic has had a major effect on people’s sleep quality. The number of persons reporting that they are not satisfied with their sleep went from 30% before the pandemic to 45% now. Individuals with insomnia have increased from 9% to 19% of the adult working population. Are you interested to know what you can do to enable sleep as well the onset as falling asleep once you wake up at night? Then don’t miss the presentation about the wondrous world of sleep with knowledge about the topic and tips and tricks to make you sleep like a log.

Speaker’s Bio: 

Claudine Drees is an expert in coaching, wellbeing at work, sleep and resilience.

She works since 1999 as a trainer and coach for companies in Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy. She accompanied thousands of individuals in their professional and personal growth.

She calls herself an eternal student in personal development. After her studies as a communication graduate and a post-university degree in business economics and 7 years of experience in sales and sales management, she became a NLP practitioner and was certified in situational leadership and MBTI.

Since 2000 Claudine has a great love for yoga and meditation. She studied as an Ananda yoga teacher and she dived into Kriya yoga and mindfulness.

Claudine is a qualified stress- burnout- and career coach by certification of HRD Academy. She is a practitioner of neuro-cognitive behavior therapy by INC Brussel. She is an ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy) coach. She is trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist for Insomnia—Saraja slaapcursus and Mindfulness MBSR trainer by Brussels mindfulness.

She successfully helps participants to become aware of the impact of stress, their self-perception and assists them in evolving their behavior and thinking in periods of chronic stress.
