Have you reviewed workplace psychological safety recently? It is crucial for the teams to feel safe to voice opinions, thoughts, or ideas in a collaborative atmosphere.
Have you identified your personal bias based and had a respectful conversation? We all have unconscious biases because of different backgrounds, education, and view on life. That is fine. However, the problem is not the bias we have, and the problem is how we choose to recognize those and show respect to others.
The session will take attendees to view unconscious bias through my personal experience and hope my stories will shift the way we think, act, and respond.
