CANCELLED: EPIC battle between Scrum Master and Project Manager - Who Wins?

About the Program

The result of this epic battle is very difficult to predict, what is easy to predict, however, is who will be on the losing end. It’s the organization if at all you are in search of the answer.

What we need to understand is that Scrum Master and Project Manager are roles played by PEOPLE in a theatre known as a company with some settings aka structure/framework in place with an intent to deliver a message aka vision.

In this session we will be exploring the following:

  • Is asking who wins a right question?
  • Differences and Similarities of the Scrum Master and Project Manager roles
  • Organization structure for getting the intended result by picking either role
