PMIWDC Fair Lakes Luncheon | Conducting Effective Coaching

About the Program

Join us for networking between 11:45 and noon prior to our presentation "Conducting Effective Coaching" which starts at noon.

Coaching is the top desired skill for front-line managers and leaders. It can help leaders advance their careers and improve the performance of their teams, but only a small percentage of leaders are able to effectively use coaching strategies to optimize their effects. Many leaders don’t utilize coaching adequately as they are unclear on how to facilitate a coaching session effectively. Would you like to learn how to design, plan, prepare for and facilitate an effective coaching session? Would you like to develop micro-habits that can make you a stellar coach? If yes, please join us! In this session, Toby Rao will and share his "tried and true" approach for facilitating coaching conversations that includes how to design, plan and conduct effective coaching sessions
