About the Program

In the current environment of Federal Agencies' budget cuts, how to do more with less and how to manage Cloud migration projects is a skill Project Managers can use. Also leveraging new technologies to reduce cost and embrace innovation.

In my experience as a Program Manager serving a DoD agency, my team has migrated several mission critical workloads to public clouds such as Azure and AWS GovCloud. My talk will touch upon best practices and project management do's and don'ts.
