About the Program

Uncertainty is the new normal, and the pace of change increasing; Disruption is everywhere. For project managers to truly lead their teams to deliver successfully amid chaos and calamity, plans and metrics are not enough. We must never forget that our projects are delivered by people. This presentation will look at coaching techniques used by executive and management coaches and discuss how project managers can use these same coaching techniques to support their teams, ensure stakeholder alignment, and bring value to their organization. This presentation will also address project management contributions in an Agile organization (draft).
