The presentation will identify many concepts that various approaches advocate for agile and group them into three areas forming a simple, robust system. The most useful agile methods will be group logically and shown how to use them. The speaker will present an agnostic agile model that can be useful to anyone using any form of agile. Both concepts for being agile and techniques for doing agile are summarized.
About the Speaker
Dr. Vittal Anantatmula received a MS and DSc from George Washington University and a BE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from Andhra University. He is a professor in the College of Business at Western Carolina University and has been working there since 2005. He also taught at George Washington University for seven years. Dr. Anantatmula is a certified project management professional (PMP) and was a director of the Project Management Institute’s Global Accreditation Center (PMI-GAC) from 2016 to 2021. He is elected to serve as a member of the Academic Insight Team of the Project Management Institute. He has authored more than 80 publications, 10 books, 10 book chapters and 60 conference papers. He is a recipient of Australia’s Endeavour Executive Fellow. Dr. Anantatmula is a Global guest professor at Keio University in Japan since 2014 and a visiting professor at Skema Business School, France.
